• 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup White Wine
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • 1 head garlic (minced)
  • 5 tablespoons Fresh Italian Parsley - chopped
  • 4 lemons
  • 1 tablespoon herbs de provencial
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of Kosher salt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  In a small pot on the stovetop heat oil (medium heat) add garlic.  Cook for 2 min (do not burn). Add zest of one lemon as well as the juice of one lemon, white wine, Herbs de Provencial, Pepper, Salt and Parsley.  Cook for 2 mins.  In a baking dish add a tablespoon of Olive oil and coat chicken breasts (good idea to pat chicken breast dry before adding oil.)  Pour remaining ingredients over top of chicken.  Added 3 lemons quartered and place baking dish in oven for 20 mins or until done.
